About Our Products

The Raven's Whimsy is a small, independently owned creative business based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

We offer handmade creations, whimsical accessories, unique curiosities and carefully selected preloved treasures.

Many of our products are handmade or one of a kind. Slight variations in colour, shape and finish are part of their character.

Preloved items may show signs of previous use. We make every effort to photograph and describe their condition accurately.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment.

Payment is required at checkout and is securely processed through Stripe using our Payhip storefront.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you to discuss your options, including cancellation and a full refund.

Local Pickup Only

The Raven's Whimsy currently offers free local pickup and prearranged meetups in the Greater Sudbury area only.

Shipping is not available.

Customers must be able to collect their orders locally. After purchasing, please contact us through our website to arrange a convenient meetup time and location.

Pickup details will be confirmed directly with each customer. We do not offer unscheduled pickups.

If you're unable to collect your purchase, please contact us promptly to discuss cancellation and a refund.

Orders & Availability

Some items are available in very limited quantities.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Custom and personalized orders, where offered, will be discussed individually before work begins.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please review our separate Refund & Return Policy for information about final-sale items, damaged products, incorrect orders and cancellations.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Workshops & Events

Workshop registration, cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in our separate Workshop Cancellation Policy.

Specific workshop details, including dates, locations, prices and included materials, will be provided when registration opens.

Product Images & Descriptions

We do our best to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Handmade items may have small variations, and preloved products are sold in the condition described in their listings.
