Thank you for shopping with The Raven's Whimsy! We are a small handmade business, and each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During busy periods, markets, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping within Canada

  • Free Shipping on qualifying orders when available

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for customers in the Sudbury area.

Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted once their order is ready to arrange pickup at a mutually agreed-upon public location.

Please note that pickup is not available at our home address.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some smaller shipments may be sent without tracking.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Raven's Whimsy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

The Raven's Whimsy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theravenswhimsy.info@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
